Sometimes people just have bad breath maybe she ate something that made her breath stink but that really doesn’t have anything to do with her hygiene “down there”.

Yeah I was going to answer the heading saying, no it’s not rude to refuse it from someone who has bad breathe, if their breath is bad it might turn you off.
But I dont think that there is any correlation between bad breath and down there… like they might have just eaten garlic bread, doesnt mean they havent showered. lol

not necessarily. Some people just can’t help having bad breath. Some times people take better care of their genitals than they do their breath. If someone has bad teeth chances are they are going to have bad breath.

That’s a yes and no question. Some people are clean down there but just have a bad breath problem. How about suggesting a mint every time your around them, or just simply let them know that that’s a real big problem for you.
