I sense that I have bad breath. What is the best way to fix this?

I feel like I have a bad taste in my mouth, my husband says I don’t, but I can taste it. What is the best way aside fom your normal stuff like mouth wash that will help clear this up? And what could be the cause of this? I brush regularly, any suggestions?

Is bad breath after waking up from a long sleep normal?

Usually when I wake up in the morning, I have a bad breath… even though I ALWAYS brush before sleeping…. it doesn’t really smell that bad… it just has a wierd smell… maybe ‘I’ only feel it because it’s inside my mouth…?

Why can’t you smell your own odors like your own fart or bad breath? Well, maybe you can smell it, but only slightly and it’s not that bad, but when others smell it, they feel the full effect.
