Broadland council boss ‘mucks out’ the horses
A council boss got his hands dirty mucking out horses in a show of support for a Norfolk apprenticeship scheme. Broadland chief executive Colin Bland left the comfort of his office behind and headed to the stables for an early morning session shifting straw and horse droppings.
